Amnesty Period For Parking Tickets & Warrants

If you have outstanding parking tickets, City Council has approved an amnesty period beginning February 22 through March 5.  According to KVIA: “Lilia Worrell with the El Paso Municipal Court thirty percent of the collection fee will be waived on any unpaid ticket, including unpaid warrants. For traffic tickets, people can avoid paying the delinquency fees up to $60 per ticket. Worrell said people will just have to pay for the citation itself.”

You can search to see if you have any citations as well as pay online by clicking here.

After the anmesty period finishes, police will be conduct a warrant round-up so it is in your best interest (pun intended) to pay your delinquent fees during the amnesty period.
